The MEDC and Route 23 Honda invite you to enter the MEDC Gala Car Raffle and win a new 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid. Ticket cost is $100.00. A maximum of 750 tickets will be sold. The drawing is to be held at 10:00 p.m. on Friday, October 20, 2006 at the Upper Montclair Woman's Club.

The MEDC Annual Awards Gala,
held at the Woman's Club of Upper Montclair on October 20th from 7-11 p.m., celebrates
MEDC's tradition of presenting
awards to
distinguished members of the community who have
contributed to Montclair’s growth. The Gala
gives the Montclair community a chance to meet
socially and to honor those who have made
significant contributions to the vitality of the
Township. The ticket price is $135 per person.

The Farmers' Market |

The Farmers' Market
is a project of the Montclair Economic
Development Corp., which invites other non-profit organizations to use its information
table at the market for promotional purposes.
The Farmers' Market opens every Saturday, 8 am to
2 pm, from June 10th to November 11th at the Walnut Street Train Station in Montclair. |

In 2005 the MEDC played a leading role in
organizing a three day series of events,
Celebrate! Montclair, on the weekend
of May 20, 21 and 22. The events were held at
the Clary Anderson Arena and the Montclair High
School Auditorium. The net proceeds were used to
support programs of the MEDC, the Montclair Fund
for Educational Excellence (MFEE) / True Blue
and the new Montclair Interim Arts Council. Celebrate! Montclair 2007 details coming soon! |
